Ab Fab Sales Assoc. named, Jr, was very informative regarding phones: about transfering service from one phone to another, certain fees, the benefits of going into the store vs. buying online, phone upgrades in-store will give you, at least, $60+, and other questions!nMy family Will Most Definitely go back to this store when Jr is working!!!
JUNIOR IS AWESOME!!! I can't put into words how kind he is on top of his excellent customer service! I had major issues with my phone and ge did everything within his power to resolve the issue himself, and when the phone couldn't be fixed after hours if his help he made sure that I had a new phone sent out ASAP and spent even more time transferring data to make sure I had everything I needed! Top notch, I will NEVER go to another Metro Pcs. He is honest and reliable! Earned my respect and business.
Junior helped me today and I can honestly say this has been the best customer service I have ever received hands down! He was a huge help and very polite and made me few comfortable with ever purchase! I’m completely satisfied and happy with my purchase and I highly recommend this location!
