Terrible place to get anything done. If they tell you 2 days they mean 1 month. Also, they won’t call you if your jewelry ever comes in. No one knows what they are doing in this shop they ship everything from Atlanta this store is the worst don’t let them fool you they are great at pretending to be confident in what they do. Do not recommend.

Terrible quality. I bought a gold chain for my boyfriend & it has broken 6-7 times at the clasp. Terrible quality. I wasted my money here. They’ve tried to fix it over & over, it keeps breaking. They won’t exchange it. No refund. Just a waste of money. He said the pressure of water in the shower could break these chains?! Why am I spending money on a gold chain that could break from the pressure of water?! I’ve never had this problem with the cold chain that I had for the past 20 years.

SB Jewelry is a fantastic store for jewelry shopping. I had purchased a nice gold diamond necklace and bracelet for my fiancé this past Christmas. Their prices are good, and they were very willing to work with me to meet my budget.nnThe bracelet ended up being a tad too small for her wrist and unfortunately the necklace strap broke. The team was quick to help me by fixing the necklace strap, and extending the bracelet to fit my fiancé's wrist at no extra charge.nnI recommend this store to anybody looking for a good deal with good customer service. Thank you all for the help, this review was well deserved!

I would not recommend anybody ever going to these people they are very low down people and will take advantage of you every time when they get a chance to... they make there own fake accounts to make fake reviews to make themselves look like good businessmen, I spent way out of pocket for what they gave me and they lied to me saying it was worth more than it actually was I went back the same day and they wouldn’t give me a refund or try to work with me on anything instead they started talking in Arabic and laughing at the fact that they finessed me and told me to leave.
