Hudson and Heather were absolutely great! Customer service has always been above and beyond in my experiences with Kay, especially compared to other jewelers. They make each visit personable and don’t make you feel rushed.

The sales representative Yvonne was very nice and professional. She was knowledgeable about each piece is Jewelry. Thank you Yvonne for all your assistance today. Kay Jewelers store was very clean and well stocked. They currently have a 20% off sale going on. Great job Kay Jewelers.

Website says the store opens at 11:00am. It is now 11:53 and website says Open but gates are still down. Very frustrating. Also store is supposed to be open until 7:00pm. I was here at 6:50 2 weeks earlier and store was already closed. Please post accurate times.
