My wife and I purchased several gold pieces only to have our daughters named engraved onto the gold. An associate informed us that they can engrave the name which Would take a couple of days. Fine, we was ecstatic about that since we’re not from the area and time was an issue. Long story short, we purchased the items on the first of November, now it’s December 23th and haven’t received our items. We visited the store on Saturday Dec. 21 to collect our items but was told to come back Monday Dec. 22th. As calmly as I could I acknowledge the request of the associate. Now arriving back for the second time, we was told that associate with the items will be back shortly is what the associate says! We arrived at 16:30. It’s 18:52. We’re still waiting!nDon’t waste your time and money with this business!
The only thing that bothered me was that the merchants said they can order something custom that I had asked for in advanced and then after paying half of the balance due, which was said to be the minimum before ordering, they said my item was unavailable. So now I have to choose something they already have with them in inventory... honestly for the same price or perhaps a even cheaper price, you can order and purchase a custom made jewelry with little to no wait at all, and have it shipped right to your door. Next time I will be ordering online. On the other hand, the best part about jewel time is there flexible payment plans on layaway... But other than that, it can be highly inconvenient to shop there. Unless you plan on small purchases that are gold plated or a big fan of 10k gold.
