This store is great. They have just about everything you need and in a variety of options. Some of the staff are pretty bad though. But overall it is good
The cashier had an attitude problem today. My daughter completed her credit card transaction with cash back. She did not see the “no cash back” notes posted to the credit card processor. The cashier says to her, “do you see a sign that says no cash back?” (These were the only words spoken from the cashier during the entire check out process.) My daughter repeatedly apologizes. The cashier does not acknowledge the apology. There were customers behind me so I chose to walk away. I cannot believe Dollar General allows this type of behavior from its employees. The cashier needs to take the energy from her nasty attitude and clean the trashy parking lot.
That particular store is so clean, and the Manager, a female, is so warm and personable. I really enjoy shopping there.
The store was really clean and the empolyees were. But there was a whole corner of the store that dark it is very hard to zhop for items you can not see
Love this store and the helpful young ladys that always help me find what I need and answer any questions I need answered. The shelves are always stocked and their is always a clerk putting stock on the shelves. I have shopped at over 50 different dollar general stores in the past 3 years since I began traveling with my husband . These ladys and the very nice man manager that works during the day. They have nerves of steel and great customer service. I have witnessed several difficult situations and each one has handled themselves with facts and a professional attitude. They are always respectful even when there has been difficult customers. I will only shop at this dollar general. Thank u all so much
