So far I'm extremely happy, we called initially for a wasp and ant problem but decided to just treat our entire house as well. They came out same day. It's been successful so far. We also decided to get their termite plan, which was done quickly as well. I may even go towards getting them to treat my yard just to cover all my bases :)

We have always had great service. The one time we had some ants show up, they had a technician out the next day to reapply all over the house.
Polite and Great exterminators. Quick response for any surprise insects and consistently on time with scheduled visits.
Procedural issues with scheduling and followup. Had scheduled day for treatment per the technician. However when checking for exact time of arrival, front office did not know technicians schedule. Told me to call technician instead. Called technician who proceeded to tell me to call the office for his schedule time instead.nnFront desk finally told me someone from office had sent an email that must replied to first. However Arrow has no followup procedure to make sure such important emails are even received. To make matters worse, since they had to now resend the email, they would not honor the appointment day and would have to reschedule another appointment.nnBased upon the procedural issues and lack of employee training with such issues, your time could be wasted as well....
