I've used Pesty John's for over a decade for my home and business. Their services are reasonably priced and monthly spraying is consistently effective. However, I didn't become a fan until this week. During my monthly spraying, the service technician accidentally tracked in mud on my light carpet. I called the office to discuss the problem and the office team responded with genuine concern. They contacted the owner right away. Within two hours, the owner called me back and arranged for Servpro to come clean my carpets the next day. My carpets are now cleaner than they even were before the mishap!nnOne of the hallmarks of a great company is how well they respond when things go wrong. The Pesty John's team turned a negative situation into a positive customer story that I'll share for years to come. Thank you, John and team!
I don’t give bad reviews but I was so disappointed with the interaction with the office staff. I know people that have used them for years with no problems. The office staff is so unprofessional. They told me that I never intended to pay them. She said other things which I can’t remember but I do know it wasn’t nice. I would never refer them to anyone. Thanks for nothing.
I never wrotena negative review, but I also have never been so disrespectfully talk to by some 21 year old, that I paid money to do a job for me. If he done the job right in the first place he wouldn't had to come back.Please don't send a Boy to do a men's job! I am very disappointed and unhappy with Pesty John and would not recommend him to anyone! Your apology means nothing actions means everything, John you never found it necessary to come to see for yourself, so no I will never use your services again or will I recommend you to anyone!
I'm only leaving one star because I'm not allowed to leave no stars. I'll start by saying the technician, Paul, that typically came to my home was very nice. That is the only positive thing I am willing to say about this business. Their chemicals are a joke. They would spray at my home and the same day bugs were back in my home as if there was no spraying. I pointed out the hotspots but their chemicals did NOTHING. During the COVID quarantine we did not feel comfortable with having people inside of our home. They said they would spray outside but I would still be charged the full price. Extremely difficult to work with. Don't use them. I would rather live with the bugs. I mean I was living with the bugs anyways but because of this business I had less money in my pocket.
These people are so unprofessional. If I could give you a 0 I would. I would never recommend these water spraying, ignorant, unprofessional caucasians, to NO ONE!!!!! I'd buy a can of Raid max before I send you a customer. They are thieves also don't give them your card number. STOP SPRAYING WATER.
