Clean Cut Barbershop

I was a customer of the Clean Cut Barber Shop until today. I had been going there for several months and was pretty happy with the service.nnThe little lady who runs the shop was nice and did a good job, the price was right, and I like to support local business. She did like to talk politics, not all of which I agreed with, but I’m okay with that.nnToday, while I was in the chair, she started talking conspiracy theories. I mean crazy stuff. She said that the government put a chip in the COVID vaccine so they could see if you coughed, that the vaccine was preparing us for the Mark of the Beast, that Bill Gates philanthropy actually disguised an attempt to reduce the world population, and of course that the election was stolen.nnNow, I’ve always thought that there are some people you shouldn’t argue with. Police officers and people cutting your hair top that list.nnEventually, however, I had to say something. I was nice and polite but, after trying to change the subject, I started gently explaining that she believed lies and people were trying to scare her.nnFriends, she did not take it well.nnShe escalated the situation and told me me that she didn’t know how a Christian could not believe her conspiracy theories (I am a church-going Christian). She asked me if I had a brain in my head and finally told me to stop talking. (She had done the majority of the talking to this point anyway.nnShe did a reasonable job on the haircut, although my wife said she messed the back up. By that point, I was just ready to go.nnI paid and left her a generous tip and told her I would not be back. I think the feeling was mutual.nnAs slow as her business has been during the pandemic, you’d think that she wouldn’t want to run off a long-term customer, but she didn’t seem to mind.nnShe does an okay job cutting hair but she can be rude and unprofessional. If you need a cheap haircut and don’t mind some whacked-out conversation, go see her. Don’t forget to wear your tinfoil hat and your mask, but you’ll have to take both off in the chair.

Bad manners. No greetings. No smile. Bad attitude. She wanted to move fast and yelled orders to customers. Bad customer service. My first time and last time. I’d never go back.

This absolutley is the best place I have been too to get a hair cut. Ms. Kim is amazing shop is clean an safe she sanitizes an cleans after each customer. One of if not the best barbershop experience in town. I highly recommend this barbershop to everyone.

This woman that works there was completely rude and dismissive of me and my poor uncle. He has had a stroke and cannot speak so we were struggling to understand what he wanted done. He was not satisfied with her first cut so I asked her shave it and she kicked us out. He cried. He was so embarrassed. Will never be back. I don’t recommend giving your money to someone so insensitive.
