I was so disappointed in McMullen. I asked the gentleman that helped me with final preparation of my Father’s service to put my Father’s name in the Ledger-Enquirer which is Free and he failed to do that. Dad’s friends looked for days and weeks for his name in the paper. They never even put his name in the paper and it hurt me that some of his friends did not know for months that he had passed away until they would come acrossnour family or friends. Otherwise, the arrangements were as I wanted. Simple. Thank you for the rest of it that was nice and simple as requested. Over all the staff was very accommodating and kind.
Thank you!! My Grandfather was treated with dignity. We were treated like family. You made a difficult situation much easier. Never felt like we were being taken advantage of in a vulnerable time. Forever grateful for everything.
I can see why they were voted #1. During a highly emotional time, they made the whole process calming and less stressful for my whole family. Matthew Ledbetter and whole staff were always available for any questions or concerns and it always felt like they were part of our team. They also have incredible connections with Arlington National Cemetery and were able to easily handle all the logistics of getting our father buried there. I can't recommend them enough.
The only place to go in the Columbus Georgia area. Wonderful family atmosphere. Every detail was taken care of and staff went the extra mile on everything.
McMullen's was the silver lining during a very difficult time. Thank you to Dan Jarmon and the rest of the staff. Every single one of you were wonderful. You have a beautiful facility and the service was lovely.
