Excellent staff, Felix was quick as I've ever experienced at a Metro affiliate. Product stock was poor though, with several sold out phones and accessories. Good overall experience though.

I used cash to pay for a phone upgrade, two days later I was charged the same amount to my auto pay card. I disputed the charge and called the store, they said there was nothing they could do. I called metro and they said there was no record that I ever paid cash. That means Dominic and his two little friends that worked April 11th pocketed my cash. Don't go here.... shady!!!!
