I brought my PS4 slim into this establishment for a repair on my HDMI port the first week of February. I paid half of the full price to get this issue resolved. I was informed that it would take one week to get it fixed. Here we are at the end of the month and I have yet to receive my console back.

Fast, friendly, professional, & great prices! Jimmy was very knowledgeable of phones & services offered. I took my iPhone 6S in to have the screen replaced & I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Not to mention the price I paid for a replacement screen AND a case at The Cell Plug equaled what I've paid in the past for just a replacement screen. I've always used the same cellphone repair store for years but after doing business with The Cell Plug they will get my business going forward!

Forget the mall, this place is truly the pluggg! They fixed my screen in under 30 mins while I waited. The price was lower than everyone except beeper buddy and they were the only one that had the parts on hand without a 3 day wait to order (unless I paid extra for overnight). Accessories were super cheap and the staff was super friendly. Next time, hit up the plug!

Great service!! Jimmy was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive to our unique needs.nnWe recently purchased an iPhone SE 2020 for our son. The transaction was smooth from the beginning to the end. Their store was clean and well organized.nnWe ran into a small problem while activating our phone. However, Jimmy was able to quickly resolve the issue and return our phone to us. He took ownership of the small issue. He was apologetic and made things right. We both understood that unexpected things can happen at any time. The important part is that Jimmy took the time to listen to our needs and concerns. By doing so, he found the best solution for all involved.nnHe updated us on the status of our phone as promised. There was no need to feel uncomfortable or misinformed during this entire process.
