The customer service reps are con artist!!!! The will lie to get a plan sold and about your payments!! Make sure everything they say is on the receipt. I was lied to and had a bill the next day. Don't use this establishment. Find another one.
Manager and Employees care nothing about the Handicapped or City Laws. It is Illegal to block a sidewalk yet they enjoy doing it with their folding Sign. They have been asked by Corporate to stop doing it but they continue. Should call that location ThugMetro PCS. They also close before they are supposed too. Lazy &^%$'s
