The vehicle I picked up was disgusting. It had not been cleaned and had stunk of cigarette smoke and alcohol, which is great for traveling with small children. Due to location and time constraints I had to clean the car myself. I was told I could swap out the vehicle once I arrived at my destination 500 miles away. When I spoke with the customer service line they offered me three free days on my next rental as compensation, which I thought was great. I already had a future reservation and asked if I could use the coupons on that reservation and was told yes that I could. I modified the future reservation adding three days only to find out on the day of the pickup that I can't use them at that location and they don't apply to my vehicle I selected. Customer service lied to me when I made the adjustment and now I'm paying another $350 to this company. Better hope nothing goes wrong cause they will not help you. This whole ordeal took multiple weeks just to talk with someone on the phone that could actually do anything to help. This specific location is part of the problem but the cooperate office is as well. I don't plan on using the company for my rental needs again.

Online reservations were quick and easy, staff at the counter were friendly, professional, courteous, efficient and wore their masks. First of all I was suppose to receive my rental at 10 but it wasn’t ready until 12. Then the vehicle rear view mirror was glued together so, the mirror was dangling the entire trip. Dropped the keys off in the Dropbox on Sunday. Here comes Enterprise charging me extra 450.00 for 4 days because they failed to check the Dropbox or do a daily walk if there parking lot. If you did, you could clearly see that the car was there. I been blown off by the staff several times trying to get my refund. It’s money and I want it now.

When i got there being that it was Thanksgiving weekend the cars were booked up! But Amber was sooooooo AMAZING! She went out of her way to make sure myself and my family was Grand! So once again Thank you Amber ur Ora is AMAZING! I was so thankful for you.

Absolutely the worst location if you desire certainty and reliability. So I had a reservation for today 7/9/2020 that was confirmed by the location via phone at 12:39pm 7/9/2020. I arrived to the location and was asked did I just make the reservation as if it wasn’t in the system. I said no it was booked at approximately 9am. Allen was the worker on duty. He looked me dead in my face and said “we don’t have anymore cars”. So here I am with several items in my hands, now stranded in Columbus , GA trying to get home to Atlanta. So I insisted, do you have anything because I’m literally now stuck here. My reservation was for a one-way to Atlanta. Allen, insisted “no we have no more cars”. So that was my experience. If you still decide to rent at this location I would HIGHLY recommend that you triple check that you will not be hung out to dry. Literally I was stranded because, all the other rental car facilities closed at 5pm. The real sad part of the whole situation is it seems based on Allen emotion-less demeanor this is a normal occurrence. No customer should be treated with such low/no regard of their safety. I really hope the cooperate office look into the operation/customer satisfaction of this location because, they are off the rails. I give them a big fat 0! Renter/Customer beware and take your money elsewhere.
