I called to get a reservation and question on prices. Well first off the Representative at the actually site in Columbus Georgia was very rude and act like they she didn't care. Secondly they said they do a soft credit check (On your debit card) to see if you even qualify, not to mention if you don’t qualify you have to wait 48 hours. The nasty rude representative I spoke with said my rental would be 315 and 300 deposit for 4 days... if your willing to pay all that your better off going to enterprise. At least they have some what better staff because BUDGET isn’t it.

Worst worst terrible OMG I can't express how bad this customer service was. I had a reservation booked for 3 days prior to me picking up the car and they told me that they didn't have any cars available. The representative was very rude and have the nerve to be humming me when I ask her questions.

If I could rate ZERO, I would. When I got there they were very unprofessional nor was my vehicle ready. I had to wait which was a huge inconvenience. The car was half full when I got it, when I returned it, it was full (we thought we'd use more getting home). I booked my car at $29 plus tax $41 they charged me 59 a day and all these charges totalling 216.56 for 2 days and 4 hours. Rob the manager was very rude, jay the supervisor over customer service was rude, and the employees need to be trained on Customer Service. I'll NEVER rent from them again!!! They did nothing to make this right. I will contact the BBB.nnI should've learned when I booked a couple weeks ago and got there the vehicle was already booked!

If I could give them zero stars that would be appropriate. This was the worst experience I have ever had with renting an automobile. I ask the clerk for his name so that I can file a complaint, instead he refused to give me his name and decided because I was going to file complaint due to his horrible customer service to not rent the car I reserved and he had already charged my credit card. I did however file a complaint using his service number on contract he did not honor. If my card is not reimbursed, I will further take legal actions. This location needs to be investigated and staff retrained.
