Thief’s they will tell you one thing and charge you another! Do not rent from this company! My wife needed a rental car for a week because her car was in the shop. So we extend the rental over the phone with the 1-800. Once we got to the counter she tells us we owe more than what they stated over the phone. Because they don’t see the extension on the account! We did our part but Avis didn’t do theirs! Now we had to pay $400 more than what we expected!
This company has the most poorest customer service and unapologetic people I have thus far experienced. Made reservation two days ahead of time. Get to the rental company before time only to be told that I had to wait for a car, and-to give them 20 minutes. Well, 20 minutes turn to a whole hour and 36 minutes. Then, took my payment to only get to the rental vehicle parking spot to see that it’s two size level under what I reserved. Never gave me any options, or explain that that was the only vehicle they had. Absolutely disastrous....Terrible service, lazy employees, and extremely unprofessional-period! No face mask on, hard of hearing, and down right tackle behavior displayed.
If 0 was an option that would be the most accurate rating. I, along with a line of 5 other customers, booked a car online to arrive to be told they didn't have any. Their lot was slap full. Lazy, rude, and incompetent employees.
Don't use these people they are full of shyt charged me $752.14 for rental only for someone who claimed to be my wife to pick the rental up and now they act like they can't refund my money it's like everyone is cluess I used a different card to have me a rental and whoever the person was brought the car back the following day but they claim to have no information on her I believe it was the homeboy/homegirl hook up
Called 20 minutes before closing the day before my rental to let me know that there was no longer a car available for me even though we reserved one weeks ago. Also would not issue a refund, instead telling me to call a corporate number. Look elsewhere.
