A truly wonderful buying experience. Jerome was a class act and helpful at every turn, he ensured that it was a seamless transaction. I think it’s important to say I never even saw the car before buying it, so I really had to trust BMW of Columbus. And boy did they deliver!! Thank you so so so much for your patience and diligence in getting this beautiful car home! We appreciate it very much!

This was the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. Working with Jackie, the finance manager, and Thomas was fantastic. All were very personable and knowledgeable. There was no hard-push for add-one, and they wanted to make sure that my wife and I were happy with the purchase. Would definitely buy from them again.

Jerome was so nice and professional. He made sure that I got what I wanted, and so far, the car is excellent. It’s my first BMW, so they made sure to teach me how to use it and were patient with me throughout the purchasing process.nnThere is a small issue with the spring in the trunk, but they are working with me to see how to get it taken care of. But overall I am highly satisfied with the purchase and the service I’ve received so far.nn2/11/2021:nnBarnes took care of me for my 1st service appointment and he was SOOO accommodating!!! He definitely gets 10 stars hands down for his exceptional service! The car was ready in maybe an hour or less! I love BMW! My experience has been nothing short of amazing from purchase to service!!

I have purchased 5 BMW’s from BMW of Columbus, since 2009. Jackie Waters is the best salesperson. She helps me find the right car at a fair price. She is very knowledgeable, patient and kind. The finance person is fast and the paperwork was ready for me to sign in less than 30 minutes. The service dept is fast and efficient.nnThis dealership makes you like part of the BMW family! I have driven other cars, but nothing compares to the joy of driving a BMW.

Great experience all around! Justin found me the right vehicle located outside Atlanta, and delivered it, and had the wheels powder coated gloss black to meet my request! I recommend BMW of Columbus to anyone in the market!
