Went in on a Saturday to get a new phone, offered but 1 get one free, they did not have two of the phone I wanted, had to come back multiple times until they finally got one in on that Following Thursday to pick up the second phone, because I picked up the second phone a different day I found out a couple months later that the buy one get one free did not happen. The salesman at the time was extremely rude and his attitude towards us being upset from this situation was to fault myself and then yell at us.

Vincent went above and beyond helping my mother in law and I with our iPhone issues... he was extremely patient because there were quite a few issues... he never rushed us and he is an awesome teacher... I really wish other customer service personnel could be as patient and kind... Vincent could definitely teach classes on his knowledge of the products and service!

As a relatively resistant user of fancy cell phone technology, I entered the store this morning with a fair amount of anxiety about having to upgrade from my ancient device. However, a wonderful and intelligent young man named Austin was there to assist with all of my questions and walked me through the entire process in the most professional and friendly manner. Consequently, I now have a brand new phone and can call myself someone whose phone cases can still be found in stores. This is very exciting. But seriously, thank you to Austin for a great experience. You are truly a gem of a person! =)

Vincent, the store manager, is the absolute best! I had a complicated problem with my phone and he went above and beyond to help me and get me what I need, despite the long hours that it took! I recommend asking for him for any of your needs next time you’re in the store, he will definitely take care of you!
