Went to Farmers in Forsyth and had an exceptional customer experience. I was assisted by a trustworthy seasonal sales associate named Carolyn Fields. I was able to tell her exactly what I wanted and she navigated through the store to help me find it. The selection was absolutely top tier. Not only did the 5 piece living room set fit within my budget but I was able to get financed in the matter of minutes. I am happy I drove from Macon to go here. It was worth the drive. I am excited for my new home to have the feel I wanted at the low price I received. I would recommend you go see Mrs. Carolyn Fields. Her energy is contagious and authentic, it’s who she is to the core. She allowed me to do my due diligence on the floor and every I minute spent weighing my options, she was admirably patient and I never once felt like an inconvenience. She is attentive and a great listener. Once I even got off track and started looking at furniture that I truly didn’t come in there for and she reminded me of the original idea I had for my home, and that spoke volumes to me. She will work you an amazing setup and make sure you are signing for what YOU want. She knows her craft and is someone I know I can trust. Great job Mrs. Carolyn Fields, you are the perfect face of the company. I know I’ll be back soon!
They are very rude and unprofessional they are not truthful dont waste your time or money here. Your better off somewhere else
Stopped in for a new bedroom set. Ms Carolyn was absolutely fantastic. No pressure sales and very accommodating. 100% would recommend using her services. She is a credit to the store .
