It took 3 geeks at Best Buy over an hour to admit they couldn't handle my problem. The folks at Harbin Repairs took approximately 15 minutes to fix my problem. No more Best Buy geeks for me. I'll use local geeks. Thanks.

They were awesome and provided very professional and knowledgeable service. I inadvertently wiped out my whole laptop. I took it to them on a Monday afternoon and they called by 11am the next day to say it was ready. I really appreciated that they took the time to talk about what I needed and even called about specs for a class I am taking to make sure my laptop would work with it. It was a costly mistake on my part but I got it back better than before.
