Started to have a great time for Carnival 2016 this year! Your tweaker who was on a mission to spread glitter that stuck to everyone's body, food, & drinks ruined my experience. I come for Carnival every year! In fact, my partner & I have a place in P-Town. I will never attend another Carnival if this kind of behavior is tolerated. I'm all about having a GOOD TIME! But there needs to be some scrutiny to whom you have in the Parade and what their attentions are! NOT A HAPPY P-TOWN CARNIVAL PARTICIPANT!!!!
i was reluctant to give full five stars as my experiences have not been thrilling as the guy before me. its a nice facility full of nice new stuff that old people dont even know how to use. otherwise 4 stars til i see the tweaker with gillitter
