I called to check on a truck that I saw online at Hutchinson Ford. It would have been a long drive, and I wanted to confirm the truck was still there. I reached the General Sales Manager, Vernon, who let me know the truck was still there, but while we were on the phone, he picked up on what I was looking for and let me know the truck did not have key features I wanted. This was so nice! So many dealers have only been interested in scheduling me for a test drive, regardless if the truck is in stock or is what I am looking for. When we discovered the truck was not what I was looking for, Vernon searched for other trucks in the area that would meet my needs. Thanks, Vernon, for paying attention to what your customer needs!

We experienced truck problems bringing our RV back from Tennessee. Stopped here late afternoon to see what the issue was. They were quick to evaluate it, and let us camp in their parking lot overnight while they got the part. They fixed it the next morning and we were on our way by 10:00. They were amazing!

We were car shopping online and found they have the vehicle we like. Contacted them via email and they were very friendly and they responded quickly. Understood our budget limit and kept us updated if there's any changes on the price. Special thanks to the sales manager Johnny Angell who patiently answered my questions about the vehicle. Unfortunately we could not make a deal but I would recommend them.

I just picked up my beautiful Ford Edge today and I love it! I’m very pleased with the consideration and attention to detail Mr. Dana Hill showed me today when shopping for my vehicle and Mr. James Lander, “the finance guy”, was great! We had car trouble, left our car on the lot and we never got a phone call or nothing from them. It took multiple tries to reach the service department. The dealership had my car for a week when they then informed me they would not service the car.nnI called to talk to the GM regarding the issue and he was too busy to take my call. I left a message and guess what..... never got a phone call back from him.nnTake you car to a different place. Trust me!!
