Disrespected is the least I can say....they swiped my debit card 3 times and charged my card twice causing my card to have issues in front of my recently engaged fiance. I was just trying to purchase a ring for her to see her smile and they wouldn't return the second charge to my card or give me the ring that I paid for twice !!

Always had amazing experiences here. I've gotten all 3 of my bracelets here and each person who's sold it to me has been kind but the last girl who sold my newest bracelet to me was fantastic. She was very patient and talked me through each option, and then honestly commented on what looked best on my wrist regardless of the price.nnThis place also has always had the best selection and best quality bracelets.
