The pharmacy staff at Kroger is extremely friendly, caring and helpful every time I pick up my prescriptions. They are very patient when I have questions and I feel great that I am called by my name when it's my turn. They know me personally. I have been coming here for years and never had a problem.

The staff at the pharmacy is awesome they are pleasant and always willing to help or take time to answer any questions you have .nI'm glad I chose them they always have medications that are needed.nIf they don't have it they get it in a few days but I understand it's not there fault has to do with the provider.nAnd this covid -19 thing going around but I definitely would recommend that pharmacy to my friends.

Honestly , me and my wife went there and there staff is rude , instead of correcting us when we do something wrong due to covid 19 , they make you feel like your stupid.......they correct you in a rude tone of voice , then again that’s just Hinesville in general in my opinion

Manager Dr. Patel working in the pharmacy was great help. Every time I pick up my mothers medicine, she is so helpful.nnThank you!

I wanted to take the time to post this review, having worked in a service industry for many years I know that typically on unsatisfied patrons take the time to do it. My experience with the folks at this pharmacy has been nothing but pleasant. Not once have i ever encountered any employee there who was less than absolutely gracious. I pay out of pocket for my prescriptions so sometimes i fill just a few at a time which can get intensely annoying for them especially when they are busy but they always treat me with respect and courtesy as though I were their only customer. Any customer service crew in the country could learn a lesson from these folks.
