I have a watch that I needed repaired and I took it to Kay’s and numerous other jewelry stores just to be told they couldn’t open it. A friend told me of this place and I thought I would give it a try. (Not going to lie I had little faith in it.) The man here was very nice and even went to the extent of showing me how he would open up the watch and his technique and told me to come back later. I left my watch came back and he told me it was a simple fix (needed new battery). Nice honest little old man, beyond reasonable pricing.

Great place for repairs. The gentleman was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. He helped with resizing like 10 of my rings. I was happy to hear he could do repairs on the spot. I also bought a necklace for my wife and I would recommend this place to anyone. My military lifestyle has me moving around a lot so I've been to many Jewelers across the country and this place was by far the best in helping my with what I needed, definitely looking forward to going back!

Do not go here. The gentleman that works here is lazy and insulting. Would not recommend. Not professional and wouldn’t trust my jewelry with this place.

I went here with my friend, and the owner is extremely rude. He disregarded me when I was asking questions, and kept going around in circles whenever I tried to ask him something. He claimed he can’t see that well, so he didn’t realize issues with the jewelry. So why are you taking people’s money if you can’t do the work correctly? This place is corrupt. So unless you’re okay with paying for someone to mess up your things, I wouldn’t go here. Wish I could give ZERO stars.

A good man his shop may be on the more discreet side but his work is good and prices more than fair, he had trouble with my resizing due to the age of the piece but didn't charge me more than the quoted price. Definitely would see him again!
