I went to this business based off the reviews and I wasn't disappointed in my decision. Very friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and excellent customer service from start to finish. He was able to not only answer my questions fully, but also offer alternative fixes that wouldn't be expensive. It is very rare today to find a business that strives to help the customer without charging them an arm and a leg. I highly recommend you going here for your computer issues.
Michael just helped me troubleshoot my RAM upgrade issues over the phone. He’s extremely knowledgeable and quite thorough. I highly recommend him for all of your computer repair needs.
First I’ll start off by mentioning I called before opening hours by accident. As soon as I hung up I got a call back. He was very friendly and helpful. As someone who isn’t computer savvy I tried my best to explain the problem and he knew exactly what the issue was. He clearly and patiently explained steps I need to take to get my PC running again. Very quick service at a reasonable price. Highly recommended their service for your computer needs.
I was having a problem with my Microsoft Surface. Michael is a Microsoft expert and walked me through multiple solutions that could potentially fix my device. Unfortunately my device had a hardware issue that could not be fixed. Michael then went out of his way to research the most effective way for me to return my device and maintain or upgrade my warranty! WHAT A GUY. He is a computer/software wiz, personable, respectful and just fun to chat with. Highly recommended!!
