friendly helpful assistance I've only been there a few times but it's good so far
I was there to update the sim card today, they were very helpful the whole time. They were saying nothing will be changed on my plan...nLater, when I checked my plan after reaching home, I found out they changed my plan without my knowledge. I had to call the customer service and explain the whole situation. Suprise, customer service personnel fix the plan and changed back to old plan.nI feel like I cannot trust the Employees at this store.nBe careful when you visit this store. They might changed many customers plan without their knowledge. Good luck!!!
