I brought my ring to be repaired and I was toldit will be ready Friday or Monday I called on Tuesday the following week I was told it will be ready on Wednesday . I sent my husband on Wed to find it not repaired so we brought my ring to middle georgia . I will have it next week .

This was the first and last time I will ever do business here. They are rude and are not honest. I took a ring there for repair. I was told it would be ready on Tuesday but they would call. They never did. So over a week later I checked on it and it hadn't been touched as a matter of fact he couldn't find it at first. I give him a few weeks more and go again on a Friday. It still hadn't been touched. At this point it's a total of 3 weeks. He promised it would be ready the next day. So on Saturday, I go back again. Guess what still not ready. He said 1 hour. So I wait until Monday and go again; you guessed it still not ready! He said a few minutes. I gave him all day and went back and it still wasn't ready! Then his wife had the nerve to get an attitude with me! If it's going to take weeks then just say so but don't lie and string me along! I asked for my ring back without him finishing the job. I took my ring elsewhere only to discover the work he had done was shotty! However, Middle Georgia Gold and Silver exchange straightened out what they could and in a timely manner. They didn't even charge me. That's who gets my business from now on!!!
