Debbie was my service writer and she was the best. Outstanding personality and customer service. Whoever did the work on my vehicle also did an amazing job. I felt like I was driving a new car on my way home and I own a 2016 equinox. Super pleased with my experience and DEFINITELY will be returning for future service.

If you are looking for a new vehicle and a place to go, STOP because you have found it. Amazing customer service start to finish. After going to three dealerships and shopping for awhile, I wish I would have gone here first.nCooper is your lady to see! I promise she will not disappoint and will help you every step of the way. She stayed SUPER late, made sure we were cared for, and was beyond great. Luis was one of the sweetest sales manager I have ever met. Caring and great group of employees at this dealership. Every employee made sure we were taken care of the entire time we were there even though the whole dealership was super busy. We all know car buying can be stressful, but this dealership made it the exact opposite! Thank you to everyone at Mike Reed for your time and service. Definitely does not go unappreciated.

Sales manager gave us a price for a vehicle then said the owner denied it...after some long conversations they honored the deal agreed upon. I’m happy they kept the original price we agreed on and I was able to get a great deal. So far the vehicle is great and the sales rep Felicia was amazing. She gave my kids coloring books and crayons while we were waiting. Overall I did not feel like it was a good experience. I don’t feel like I’d promote this business or tell my friends to go there. I’m only giving 3 stars since we got the vehicle at agreed price.

The staff and service was great. Having to get my vehicle repaired was not on my to do list this week, but the service team was very speedy and done with my vehicle in no time. They even had a team member that was able to shuttle us to and from lunch while we waited. Thank you very much everyone!
