While traveling I needed an oil change and they took care of my truck plus provided info for suggested maintenance. The facility is super clean and the staff is friendly and attentive. Thanks to Ms Taylor for the courteous visit!
Went in for an alignment on my car. The wait was not that long and the waiting area was nice. I was just upset on how they weren't able to get my rear alignment to factory specs and I was told to buy a part for them to fix it. The car is all stock so I asked a friend who works at a different dealership and they told me that it's possible to get it right without the extra part. Probably just lazy workers. I'd expect it at a cheapo shop but not the dealer the car is for.nUPDATE : one of my rear wheels was almost a degree off from the other wheel. And upon taking it to a different alignment shop they found that my upper control arm bolt was loose.
Staff is very nice, they do a great job at looking over your car and letting you know what it needs. It's full most of the time but it's cause a lot of people trust their service and care.
Terrible customer service and experience, lack of transparency and due diligence during the deal. Scheduled an appointment to purchase a vehicle and drove hours to make a purchase to be told that the vehicle had been sold.....
We just had wheel alignment done today and I am very pleased. I cannot speak for their other services and prices, however, alignment was fairly priced and they managed to make an appointment in 24 hours unlike other places in Hinesville. Customer services was top notch! Super friendly! What really made my day was the fact I got my car back washed! Thank you and I will definitely be back!
