I was so thankful for the timely repair of my laptop. I cracked the screen and needed it for school. While they ordered the part, I was able to keep the computer so I could still do my schoolwork. The part came in super quick, too, and they had it fixed in a couple of hours. The price was also a little less than what I was expecting! Super nice & super helpful and communicated well and worked in such a timely manner. Definitely will see them again if I break anything else!
Called at 4:15pm and got to shop at 5pm. They fixed my phone and my sister's phone. Very courteous and quick. Didn't try to break my bank. Good people. Will definitely recommend and return as a customer.
Great customer service, the guys were very friendly. They were so knowledgeable of any and everything we needed to know & they thoroughly answered each question with patience and showed that they appreciated us as customers.
Efficient, friendly, and awesome problem solvers. Superb technical support for a non-ringing mobile device that was ported out from Verizon Wireless. The Network connection was solved and suggestions as to why the phone failed to ring was right on target as per the Samsung Dealer. There is excellent Services and professionals at this site in Dublin, Georgia and they are very accommodating.
My son’s iPad screen was horribly cracked and it wouldn’t keep a charge after that. The guys at CPR had to think outside of the box and they fixed the iPad better than new! Kind, professional and relatable they are the total package! Customer service is the name of their game! Go see them~you won’t be sorry! Kelly S.
