Hands down the best dealership I have ever dealt with. Pitts Toyota is about 1000 miles from where I live, and they were one of 6 dealerships in the country, at the time, that had the EXACT truck I was looking for. Working with Mary Linda Pitts was an absolute pleasure. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond what I could ever hope of any dealership, making my buying experience a great one. Thank you so much Mary Linda, Jerry, Jed, Alan, and everyone else at Pitts Toyota for helping make me one very very happy new Toyota owner, everything was perfect!!!!

This review is for service only. I have a BRZ with a Toyota boxer motor. Was told they couldn’t do anything beyond basic maintenance on anything not Toyota. It’s the exact same car as the 86. Exact same motor. Toyota written on the motor. I need spark plugs and an oil change. Can it get much more “basic”?

Don't have an appointment set because they don't stick to them. Dropped a car off at 11am for recall and it was only suppose to take 2hrs. We told them that we needed it back as soon as possible due to having to work later this afternoon. At 2pm we still had not heard from them so we go check just in case they forgot to call us. Well the car had not been touched. They immediately jumped on it and said it would be ready by 2:30 pm. It was finally repaired and we left around 2:45 pm. Yep light was still on showing the work needs to be done for the recall. If you did the work why not reset the light indicator so we wouldn't question whether or not it was actually done. Not too happy. Was also listening to the cashier telling another worker that people who were not sitting inside waiting on the car was being pushed down the list. Now that is some bull. Another thing is.... don't try to tell me your service man is on a test drive with someone when they work in the service dept not the sales floor.

If I could give it 10 Stars I would. Mr. Willie was awesome! I have tried for over 4 months to buy a car and have not had any luck. He got it done in less than 24 hours in a car that I love! Then they even came to my job to pick it up and do some minor work that it needed. It still doesn't feel real that I even bought a car!!! Thank you again Mr. Willie and to your team!

These guys are top notch. Great deal and they delivered our fully loaded highlander to our hone in atlanta. No questions asked. Will definitely buy from them again!
