Holy cow what a great deal we got!
Good promotion and good service
The employees here are knowledgeable and friendly. They took the time to help me pick out the best pair of sunglasses for my face. They also adjusted a pair that I previously purchased to fit my face better. Excellent customer service!
If I could give zero stars I would. I bought a $225 pair of Ray Bans. After a few months the right arm came off. Took them back to Sunglass hut. They proceeded to give me the phone # to the people that warranty them. Called the number and after 10 or so prompts they send you to their website. Go to the website. This now requires an account. Frustrated I call the store back. I am willing to drop off the glasses for however long it takes to get them repaired. He informs me, although they sold them to me, there is nothing he can do. They cannot order replacement parts!!! So you can sell high end glasses, but when they fail you wash your hands? Not that it matters but this was my third set of sunglasses though them....but the last....Service the parts you sell on the store level and take care of your customers. This particular store is in Commerce Ga at the Tanger outlet but I am sure they are all the same.
