Zales Outlet

Have had great service at Athens store for years which is now closed. After my 1st visit to this Commerce store for a repair, I dreaded going back to pick it up due to their rudeness. After explaining to the Grey haired female employee what I needed she stood up, walked away and started whispering to another employee. Without saying a word to me. I walked over to where they were at and the 2nd employee named Danielle started talking very loudly to me. When I tried to explain she would just get louder and more over-barring. My husband suggested we just leave but I had a Warranty repair. He said he will not do anymore business with this store. Very unprofessional. Made us feel like a burden and portrayed bullying behavior. Very sad after 30 years as customers of Zales.

I live in Athens and have been going to the Athens location since 2018. They had FANTASTIC customer service. Due to COVID, they closed permanently. So, my husband and I found the next closest location- Commerce. I needed a ring inspection and cleaning to keep the warranty valid. We drove to Commerce and were notified by a woman with grey hair that we had to make an appointment for inspections even though it was not listed on the website anywhere and there was one other associate there. She was rude and interrupted us when we tried to explain that our store closed, but if they have that as their policy, there isn’t much we can do. So, we scheduled an appointment for the following week for 5 Pm. Note that this store is open 11 AM-7 PM. So today is our scheduled appointment and we both got off work early to make it to Commerce by 5 PM. We arrived, parked, and walked up to the doors only to see all the lights off, the cage down, and the doors locked. No one was there. We received no phone call telling us our appointment was cancelled. I am absolutely blown away with the lack of respect to just pick up the phone to tell us our appointment would be cancelled due to them closing early (there was no sign saying why they closed early. Their normal business hours were still posted.) This is two 1 hr round trips made just to still have to wait to get my ring inspected. Absolutely ridiculous.

Fantastic Ladies and Superb Service

Had some repairs, VERY Disappointed in out come, I feel my ring it not repaired correctly.

When we first went into look we had good customer service, well 2 days later we decided on another ring and took the one from Zales back, and we were treated very poorly. The manager was very rude and insisted on arguing with me and having an attitude all because I wanted to return the ring. I will not be doing business with them again.
