Went in for help understanding my bill and Marissa took the time to break everything down for me and made sure I was well taken care of. She left no question unanswered. She was wonderful
I was in “crisis mode” when I couldn’t find a very specific case for my husbands phone! Came into the store in my frantic mode and Marissa helped me locate that specific case! She was super friendly and very knowledgeable! Will definitely be back to see her from now on! 10 out of 10 recommend her for all your wireless needs!
I came in on 9/12/2020. I young lady helped me. I don't recall her name. I was trying to decide between a One Plue 8, Samsung A71 5G or Revvl 5G. Sh bwent above and beyond to assist and answer all my questions. Excellent customer service and I'm so thankful that I now have a TMO store in my back yard.

When you get excellent customer service pre-sale, during sale, and post sale you are almost obligated to post a review. Great staff at this location. From my initial phone call to the store to post sale, I could not be happier with my experience. Jason and his team are fantastic and they want to make sure you are completely satisfied.
