Good people and good locally owned business. They were prompt, genuine and offered a ton of guidance without trying to sell anything to me. It's a unique niche and nice to have the guidance from people who you feel you can trust.
They came out, gave a sketchy idea of what was in the attic. Proposed expensive fix. Another company came out. The problem was bigger than expected, unfortunately more expensive. The problem would not have been solved otherwise. Vermin at or did not identify the correct animal in the attic!
These guys are great! They came out same day, super fast, in less than 20 minutes, got right to the source of my problem (flying squirrels in my attic), their initial fee was very reasonable and their quote to animal proof my home is also reasonable. I own the home in Chicopee represented on this website. They did come and do the first part of their job but did NOT come back and finish the job. Three weeks later and I still have animals in my attic and an exit tunnel on the back of my house. I called and left numerous messages to no avail. They have NOT returned my calls but they took my money. Now I have to find someone else to finish a job that Verminators did NOT.
Absolutely fantastic job on removing bats from our attic. They went above and beyond to locate and fix some potential critter entrances on the exterior of our house!!!
