Unfortunately i have to rate Kamado Joe as 1 star due to their support.nnWhen I first purchased my Big Joe, you could call in and talk with a support rep and it was great, they were quick and easy to work with. Now, Their support is exclusively online and i have submitted multiple requests into them that have never been answered or are answered weeks later.nnThe sheer lack of support from Kamado Joe has me looking to sell mine and move to Big Green Egg. I called BGE support to ask a few questions and bout their equipment and someone answered within a couple minutes and helped me with everything. This is the type of support I need from Kamado Joe.nnVERY DISAPPOINTING
