I placed an order for a cape cod bracelet and explained that I was worried about shipping time because I had waited too long to order, but was so impressed by the prompt delivery and courtesy! Then, I contacted them because I had ordered the wrong size, and was again impressed by the friendliness and willingness to make an exchange for me! I highly recommend Michael's Custom Jewelers! Best customer service possible. Michael took time on Jan 1st to open his shop so that I could shop on one of my few days off. Best quality and best designs you will ever find. He and his work are top notch!

Fantastic experience working with Michael. We were married in Ptown in April of 2018 and had the idea of having custom rings made by a local jeweler. Michael listened to our ideas about the symbolism we wanted to incorporate and showed us examples of things that he has done that were consistent with our vision. The result is that we have rings we love and will look at for the rest of our lives, handmade by an artist in the community in which we hope to live full-time in the near future. Best jewelry in town... by far... best prices, and many handmade rings to choose from. Huge selection and friendly staff. If your looking for custom made jewelry.. this is the place on Cape Cod. ( we bought our wedding rings here)
