Great job from the Service department at Carriage Nissan! I was in and out with no problems. Jake was a huge help and really did a great job advising me in on what I needed to get my vehicle in top shape! I was also very impressed with Ryan’s work. I WILL be recommending this group for anyone looking for a great experience in having their vehicle serviced! Top notch!

I’m really happy with the service here. John was a lot of help, he’s a very nice and funny guy. This was my first car and I was a little bit hesitant about doing all of this by myself. I felt very comfortable and cared for through out the whole process. I could tell they all had my best interest in mind. All the guys that helped me were very welcoming. I definitely recommend them for first time buyers! Great experience!

It was very nice to meet Brandon Biola and Erin Clark, they went out of their way to assist in any way possible. The purchase was smooth and quick. Everything they offer, they gave. Brandon said to me that he would give me the best offer around and I checked 2 additional dealers just to see if it was true, it was and I appreciate that he let me think about the deal without him overwhelming me with calls. When I was ready to proceed, he was there for me. Erin was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and made me feel like I was talking to a good friend, never rushing just to finish. I am very happy with their service and never thought that buying a new car would be so easy until now.nnThank you

Best car dealership in the Atlanta area and worth the drive out to Gainesville, GA! After looking at inventory online, I called ahead and told Michael and Brandon EXACTLY what I wanted. I informed them of my situation and that I was coming in with the intent to buy. Also, not to persuade or try to up-sale me (based on several different dealership visits). To my surprise, not only did they LISTEN, but they had the car pulled up and ready to test drive. After making the decision to purchase, Brandon even beat my initial car financing rate that I came in with. The customer service here is 11/10 and these two gentleman are the definition of GOOD PEOPLE. They were kind, they were honest and they did everything they could to exceed my expectations and I left with a brand new 2020 Nissan Versa. If I ever need anything car related I will definitely be back. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone!
