Bob was very polite and generous,making every effort to get us in a vehicle. Even with my fair at best credit he found a Toyota Camry within my price range and little down. And even after declined it due to wouldn't last long where I live he was still very polite and told me if didn't hear back from us he wished me and family merry Christmas. Very polite, very helpful with credit app. Did everything he said he would with awesome personality,respect and professionalism.
I have so much to say about this place! Where to begin...? I had the most pleasurable, easy & smooth experience doing dealings with this place. This was my first time financing my own car, as everything I've had has been brought in cash. I was ready for something nice & mine. I was extremely nervous & not sure which direction to turn. Luckily, I went through Auto Gallery & Jeremy Phillips was the most professional, helpful, caring person I've encountered in such a while. It's hard to find customer service like this even when out to eat or simply grocery shopping. He put me in a car that I AM IN LOVE WITH & the team there made it all possible. I love this place & would absolutely recommend, which I have anyone looking for a great vehicle with a sales person/ team that truly cares about your happiness from the time you see the car you want until you drive off of the lot & they continue to make sure you're happy. I can say, my vehicles will definitely from now on be purchased through Auto Gallery. I had this amazing experience at the Gainesville, GA location, but I'm sure they are all equally as wonderful. Jamie Torres was really awesome. He helped us yet did not pressure us in any way. Made the buying experience great. Keith the manager really topped it all off. The big name dealers really need to take lessons from these two individuals. At 62 I've purchased many vehicles and can honestly say this is by far the best experience I've had. As for the vehicle I purchased, it's prefect, only time will tell just how perfect. May try to add to this after it's been driven for awhile.
Jeremy was extremely professional and talked me through multiple options and ultimately helped me get the right truck for me! Definitely recommend these folks!
