The best experience I have ever had. The salesman, Mario went beyond for me to get the dream car I have been wanting, he was so kind and obliging! He made buying a car so easy, he made sure he explained all my concerns. He was phenomenal but most importantly, he was honest.The absolute best service, Thank you Carriage Kia! Will be coming back!

I originally came in just to look at cars. I didn’t know I would be so interested in the new seltos. Casey was very easy to work with. He did not make me feel overwhelmed in my buying process. He was extremely patient with me and willing to answer all my questions. 10/10 experience and I would definitely go back and I’ve recommended this place to my friends and family!

Jamie White was very nice and helpful. He helped me find the car I was looking for on their website. I wish he had more wiggle room to get away from his bosses. I feel like we could've gotten a deal when I came if it wasn't for them. The 4 stars are for him directly. Keep up the great work Jamie!

I do not have the words to express how incredible my car buying experience was with Carriage Kia! First off, JAMIE WAS WONDERFUL. I legitimately felt like I was dealing with a friend. He was eager to help and answered everything so simply; he genuinely wanted me to get something that was exactly what I was looking for. I’ve been stressing about buying a car for MONTHS yet when it actually came down to doing it, I felt completely relaxed and confident. The employees and atmosphere in this place foster the most warm, welcoming, and friendly environment. I promise you’ll feel like family from the moment you walk in the door! I’ll be recommending Carriage Kia in Gainesville to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. They truly went above and beyond any level of customer service that I’ve ever experienced.

We received the up most best customer service of any car lot we have ventured to these past few months. We have been in search of a family vehicle for approximately 3 months visiting multiple car dealerships. We landed at Carriage Kia and was greeted the moment we stepped foot inside. Jamie was extremely attentive, helpful, and his eagerness to help us despite it pouring the rain that day. We were able to be in and out of there in under 3 hours after deciding on a car. We definitely recommend Carriage Kia of Gainesville!
