Spoke with Angel Garrison on the phone to make sure the 2014 Escape Titanium was still available. We drove 2 hours and the vehicle was everything we seen on Cars.com. we loved it and decided we wanted it. Angel did an amazing job making sure we had everything thing we needed and knew about all the cars features. She made the car buying process as smooth as possible.

Service department is amazing. We brought our car in thinking it was only one issue. Turns out more was wrong with our car then service initially thought. Not only was service great with calling me with updates but they even gave us a rental car to fulfil our family vacation with. It was a wonder experience and Heidi and Daniel from the front were amazing with going above and beyond with this whole experience. I pray nothing is ever wrong with my car again but if there is we definitely will be coming back to Jacky Jones Lincoln.
