Lying saying we said we would replace a whole engine when they said only a catalytic converter!! We didn’t even say that but okay! I did not just offer to return the car if you were listening. But you legally have to have emissions(which is the issue here) and you still decided to sell it without, knowing we lived in a county that required, so yes that is on you. And it’s not bashing, it’s being very honest and telling people what needs to be known! That’s what reviews are for and my right! You refused to work with us and that was your call to make. This dealership is great and extremely fair and helpful. I do not understand why these people have left such bad reviews when it seems to me that they were the problem and not the dealership itself. All in all they are amazing, kind and very fair and are even willing to help even when they are not legally obliged to.
I only gave them a one because I had to. I called about a car for sale and was told it was not ready to be sold that he had to clean it. He called me back to let me know that the car was still not cleaned and that he would have it ready on Saturday. He called me on Thursday to let me know that. He told me he would be there until 6 on Thursday but he was not there when I went. I went by on Friday and he was not there. I then texted him to let him know I came by and he text me back to let me know the car sold. So if you have time to waste go for it with this car lot.
