Great experience from beginning to end. Lexi at the desk in the collision center is truly a joy. You can tell she really enjoys her job. Very friendly and customer oriented.nI received two estimates - yours being the better one and the work was done faster than originally expected and exemplary. Thank you so much!nHopefully I will not have need for a collision expert again but if by chance it IS needed, I definitely know where to go!

The Hayes dealership in Gainesville did an excellent job. It only took them about 20 minutes to replace my lower beam headlamp. The cost of labor and replacement bulb was only $47. This was truly honest and efficient service. The Hayes dealership in Baldwin wanted to charge me about 25% more for the headlamp and the labor to install it was quoted at $190 since this service department thought it would be necessary to remove the front bumper cover to replace the headlamp. I appreciate getting honest, fair and fast service. The staff at Gainesville seemed truly striving to deliver great service!!

Kenneth was truly an amazing person to work with in acquiring my Jeep Grand Cherokee. My husband, Andrew, and I live 9+ hours away (in Florida), and Kenneth was always available answer any questions we had and communicated very quickly, clearly, and was very personable. He made this process so incredibly easy and was positive and helpful throughout - staying in contact with us for 2 weeks as we worked out the details of purchase and pick-up from out-of-state. Kenneth was even nice enough to offer maintenance consultation if necessary to our local Jeep dealership. Our experience truly could not have been better, and WE LOVE OUR NEW JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE!
