I absolutely loved my experience at Camping World of Oakwood. Jasmine was a blessing to me and my family. Jasmine was knowledgeable, attentive,and she understood the needs of me and my family. The entire staff were very helpful and kind. Still waiting on a phone call from the service department. Waited on hold multiple times, called the receptionist and left a message as well. Still no return call and all I want to know is a ETA on a jack repair on our camper that has been there for months for a simple welding fix. If you take your camper in for service don't anticipate a call back or a quick turn around on service repairs. This is not the first issue we have had with them! We are bound to camping world due to our warranty otherwise we would've been gone a long time ago. Don't even get me started on the sales department! Wish I could leave 1/2 star. Would love to plan a trip sometime this year but the way its going we won't be going anywhere for quite a while. So much for using our brand new 2020 camper!

What can I say, very happy little Irishman here.nI brought my rig in for a wash and propane fill and I was treated like a king.nDave, Leanne and Will all went out of the way to accommodate me.nWhile waiting I was shown to the lounge and offered coffee and the guys checked in on me regularly.nWill be back every time I have a service issue.nBooked my oil change today and everything.nGreat crew!! Cannot recommend enough!!

My wife and I went to camping world in Oakwood to see certain RV models. Jasmine met us at the the front counter. We told her what we were interested in and she took us right to what we wanted to see. She also emailed us the 360 views of the RV. She is great to work with and has an exceptional personality. She is a 5 STAR employee. Thank you Jasmine for your assistance!

My wife Debby and I went by Camping world to look at a few campers as we wanted to get a bigger one then what we had. Cory or salesman could not have been more professional. He was very respectful in showing us what we asked for and did not pressure us in any way. Cory showed us several campers that met our needs and a few more to show us some things that we didn't think of. We found one that night on his lot and we agreed on a price after a few things were negotiated in with the price of the camper. It went very smooth. This was a used camper, 2017 and was in like new condition, we used the camper this past weekend for 3 days and loved it.nnIf I was to buy a camper and your in the Oakwood Ga area, Go see Cory, He is a stand up guy and will help you anyway he can. 5 Stars for sure.
