LIERS!!!! When I booked my vacation with bluegreen I was told that after I sit through their Timeshare presentation I would receive a Cruise that all I would have to pay is the port fees and the taxes.Well I call to see about booking and they tell me that I would not be getting a cruise. So, I call the Corporate office to complain, and they were NO help! MACEO C. was the specialist who sold me the deal and told me that after my initial trip and after the timeshare presentation I would receive my cruise. That all I had to do was call! This is a scam! They are lying to people about the gifts that your supposed to receive! My initial trip was great, but this has COMPLETELY ruined the experience! I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.....MY PARENTS WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE PURCHASING THE TIMESHARE THEY PLANNED TO BUY! They have definitely lost a sale from this family!
