Oh my God, I had the most extraordinary service from this travel agency today. I live in Florida and my father who lives in Korea is going to visit me in December. He asked me to get a plane ticket and I procrastinated the purchase until yesterday. I sent a request email to 3 different travel agencies on Saturday (of course I was expecting their reply on Monday) Amazingly Seoul Travel International contacted me on Sunday and the process was completed on the same day. They also thoroughly explained in great detail all of the requirements for a senior citizen passenger and providing assistance with wheelchair at the gate and the special family service provided by Korean Air. I feel like this agency is on stand-by round clock just help me and is very knowledgeable/professional with everything they are doing. If your family needs extra help related to travel I think this is the agency you should use. Even my father asked me to say “Thank you “ to Seoul Travel International for him.

They don't understand family emergency. They must not have a family. Very rude and charge you double with penalties and fees unless you want to cancel and pay the cancellation fee. They behind their policy and basically through BS at you. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
