I was a vendor in this place for about 6 month and I have experienced multiple shop lifting. The painted tree however do not have any policy/insurance for the shoplifting. If you are vendor, you should consider the great loss you'll be experiencing...nThe painted tree simply do not care about your loss as they make their profit out of your rent, by not your success. Think before becoming a vendor...

The first time I shopped here I was double charged for an item. I came to the store to show them and was told it’s happened before and I would have to dispute it with my own bank. I told them I shouldn’t have to correct the mistake being it wasn’t my fault. They took my name and information and said they would contact corporate and get back with me. Over 2 weeks later I heard nothing from them. I called multiple times to find out what was going on only to be told I would have to dispute it with my bank. Very disappointed with their customer service. I never complain or write reviews, but I was very disappointed how this was handled.

Great out of the ordinary store. Really enjoy the different type of decor for homes or office etc. If you want something you cant find somewhere else this is your place to go. Many eye-catching handcrafted items.

Very nice quality of items. Not all handmade but very well finished. Some men items many household decorating and many women items some baby and children. Many masks, soaps, and food items.
