Please don't come here or you will be exposed to the rudest people ever.! There are many other pharmacies to have to endure with their lack of courtesy. What a shame! Starting with the older lady in charge and the pharmacist as well. They truly need to learn to be nice and corteous!

The worst pharmacy...A matter of fact all Kroger pharmacy have the rudest impatience workers. I was there today standing in line and a Asian worker asked was I next. Obviously I was and simply she had seen me there before the other's but still had the Audacity to ask... I will no longer use them and I will contact corporate. But the Store itself has the rudest Cashiers also and the Manager there is so Passive about customer service

Literally the rudest people ever! I can’t believe how many times they were able to ‘rub me the wrong way’ in less than 5 minutes. I went to Walgreens across the street once they told me it would take 24 hours to get my medication. Not only was Walgreens 100x more pleasant, but they had my prescription in 15 minutes AND the woman at the counter managed to save me $50! :) Thanks Walgreens!

I had a bad experience with people at evening shift at this pharmacy I drop a prescription with 2 different medications and they end up pulling only 1 and when I ask them they argued that only 1 was prescribed they wasted my time really bad services never get the medication ready on time if you tell me that you would have something ready in 45 minutes that is what I'm expecting .

I’ve filled many prescriptions here without incident but I dropped one off Thursday at noon for my son’s Friday morning surgery, and when I returned at 9:00 the next morning this pharmacy told me my insurance had declined it. Kroger had all day to call and tell me there was a problem, but did nothing. I had no time, so I took my son to surgery with no pain meds. The pharmacist was so rude and uncaring and unwilling to help when my doctor and his nurse called, they cancelled it and I filled it elsewhere while on the way home from surgery.
