Deli customer service is horrible. Placed sandwich order an hour in advance, none were ready. Then, 10 minutes after scheduled pick up time was told chicken tenders were out, would be another 25 minutes. Other sandwiches ready 15 minutes later, although they already had an hour plus that to make and store not busy upon arrival. No apologies made. Customer service didn't know how to credit order paid for in advance on line I would have to come in with receipt for a credit. Horrible customer service.

Very rude customer service, the clerk at the counter seemed to be filing as I walked up, she did not address me until after I had stood there for quite some time, she just continued her filing. Finally addressing me to inform me that it was going to take an hour to fill my script. I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER THERE! After I complained she said it would be at least 30 mins. I left and went down the street to CVS where they had a number of customers waiting. They informed me that it would take about 5 mins, they called and had the script transferred and I was out the door. I'll never go back to that Publix for groceries or prescriptions.
