I've used this jeweler in the past and was initially very impressed until I bought a piece of jewelry to them to repair, which cost wasn't much. These people had the audacity to deliberately cause further damage to my jewelry clearly in hopes that I would allow them to do more extensive work or simply replace my piece! Be very careful of their tactics because they are clearly very deceptive and can't be trusted!!! I'll never do business with them again.
This is a wonderful place to shop for your fine jewelry and timepiece needs. The owner took care of us and was very accommodating. Very friendly and always had a smile. I got a nice deal on a Rolex and some earrings for my wife and daughters. I I’ll definitely do business with them again in the the future.
I got an engagement ring and band made by Chris Guvens! After shopping at 10 different stores, Chris blew away all the other stores, and my expectations! He made the process simple, and finished ahead of his already short timeline! The ring and wedding band looks phenomenal and the customer service was second to none! Chris was personable and knowledgeable and offered suggestions and solutions for any problems I had! I already recommended Guven’s to a friend who also bought a ring and will be recommending it in the future as well as going back myself!
